Monday.com
It enables you to collaborate on projects and provides a step-by-step view of how a project will be completed. The program’s built-in automation reduces the amount of time our team spends on tasks and helps us stay on track as we often manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Calendly
Calendly has been a huge success for me and my company in terms of managing my time. In addition to making it easy to book an appointment, it also integrates seamlessly with all Google and iCloud calendars.
Do Both Clients and Employees want to schedule a meeting? All they have to do is send me a Calendly link, and they can schedule the meeting according to my availability. I love simplicity and this app is no exception.
Uptick
Uptick facilitates weekly face-to-face sessions and helps align professional development, business goals, and personal development. This is a great way to foster team spirit and offer a holistic view of team and personal wellness.
Evernote
The software syncs with all devices or is available as a web app. I can also easily color code assignments and set goals and tasks for all my work projects. In addition to being a great note-taking app, Evernote lets me keep all my photos and documents in one place. It has a user-friendly interface that works seamlessly with how I work.
Asana
Asana is the project management tool used for daily meetings and discussion topics, weekly strategy sessions, and monthly face-to-face meetings with support personnel. We can’t live without it because it’s where everything lives, even if it’s a subject we’ve put on the back burner until it’s time to dig deeper.
Google Keep
In my experience, Google Keep has enough features to manage my daily and weekly scheduling. Since it loads very fast, I find it to be the quickest way to write down my thoughts while on the move and to look at my to-do list.
In addition, I can easily organize my notes and when I don’t need them anymore, I can un-pin them so they don’t show up at the top of the dashboard. It’s more intuitive to me than the others.
Roam
Roam is one of the best tools for creating two-way links in notes. For example, if you create a note entitled “new product ideas” and cross-reference it with a note entitled “customer communication,” this note will cross-reference with the new product idea note.
With this tool, it’s easy to write down ideas and explore them in a way that most other note-taking software doesn’t.
ClickUp
I use a task management software called ClickUp to manage my tasks. ClickUp comes with a range of features such as priorities, reminders, timestamps, custom views, objectives, and more. All of these allow you to keep track of tasks and organize them however you want.
Hive
Hive is one of the tools I use to track my daily, weekly, or monthly work. It also has a portfolio view that allows me to quickly see what needs to be worked on and prioritize.
Larger projects can also be divided into action cards to reduce the amount of work you have to do. Time tracking can also help streamline your workflow.
Google Calendar
One of the biggest advantages of Google Calendar is that it allows you to combine your personal Google Workspace account with your business Google Calendar account. They also have a tag function that you can share with others. For instance, my wife sees everything that happens to me because I use the same label for both my personal and professional events.
Trello
It’s easy to use, and it helps me keep track of all my tasks. While some of the other software solutions available on the market are more comprehensive, they are also more expensive to learn because they are more complicated.
This is why I choose this tool to manage my tasks, which provides much the same advantages as others and is flexible enough to accommodate my needs.
Teamwork
As a remote team, we need to be able to share workloads and hold ourselves accountable in a consistent manner. Our team members can view a “My Work” tab that is automatically sorted and categorized based on what is important to our company so that they don’t waste valuable time trying to figure out what they need to do today.
